Digital Products (Digital Edition)

All digital products, including PDF downloads and audiobook access, are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after delivery.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at theteam@noextrasource.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Products (Immersive & Collector's Editions)

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

To request a return, email us at theteam@noextrasource.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or faulty item. We will respond within 48 hours.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition​

Shipping

We ship all physical orders via Royal Mail within the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days of purchase, though launch products may be delayed in order to accomodate for bulk delivery. Delivery times are estimated at 2-3 working days for Second Class.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.
