Digital Products (Digital Edition)
All digital products, including PDF downloads and audiobook access, are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after delivery.
By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at theteam@noextrasource.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Physical Products (Immersive & Collector's Editions)
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
To request a return, email us at theteam@noextrasource.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or faulty item. We will aim to respond within 48 hours.

Shipping
We ship all physical orders via Royal Mail within the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days of purchase, though launch products may be delayed in order to accommodate for bulk delivery. Delivery times are estimated at 2-3 working days for Second Class.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.
